If you are experiencing issues finding your videos after completing a recording using the Screencast-O-Matic screen recorder with the Free subscription, follow the instructions below:
1. If you saved the video file to your computer (using the 'Save As Video File' option) do a file-name search for the name used on the video.
2. Manually check the "Downloads" folder, "Documents" folder and the "Desktop" folder.
3. Search on your computer for the video file format: *.MP4 and sort by date.
If the video was uploaded online, please check your Screencast-O-Matic hosting account or Youtube Account, and check the "Uploads section" under your account, by clicking on the link below:
If you already have multiple other videos listed under those accounts, you will need to search for the particular video directly from the online video platform account.
