1. Log out of the Screencast website by clicking your Email Address on the top right of the website and select "Logout".
2. Clear your browser's cache via the "clear browsing data" option in Chrome and Restart your Chromebook computer:
3. Uninstall the Screencast application from your apps and the extension by following the instructions on the link below.
4. Visit our website by clicking on the link below. Log into your account, and click on "Download Install" from the top right of the Account page. https://screencast-o-matic.com/account
5. Then click on the ''Start Recorder'' button to launch the Recorder.
