Here's how to copy a section of your recording, and paste it into a different recording. First, click on "tools" and select "copy". Or you can use the standard copy hotkey, which is Ctrl - C on Windows or Command - C on Mac. Then, select the section to copy by dragging the grey bar along the timeline or use the "S" key to jump to the start of your point and "E" to jump to the end of your seek point. To preview what the copied section will look like, you can press the "preview" button. Once you're ready, press the "okay" button or the "Enter" key. Now, to paste the copied section, open the recording where you want the section to be inserted. Click on "Tools", select "Insert" and then "Paste Recording" or you can use the standard paste hotkey which is Ctrl-V on Window or Command-V on Mac.
