How to view billing statements or print a subscription payment receipt



How to view billing statements or print a subscription payment receipt  

To access your billing information on your account (or to view your statements or print a copy of the invoice receipt), please follow the instructions below:

1. Please login to Screencast-O-Matic and click your user icon in upper right and then click Settings from the menu.




2. From your setting page on the left sidebar menu, click Billing and then from the Billings Page click Update Payment.



3. You will be presented with an account page where you can manage your billing details.   Click on the " Latest Invoice" invoice number to view the full receipt. (all current and historical invoices are listed under " Invoices"). 



4. When you click an invoice, you can view the invoice information on the invoice page.  You have the option to click on " Print" to print the page or click " PDF" to save/open a PDF copy of the invoice.
