How do I update the stand-alone recorder to the latest version?
If you're using the stand-alone Recorder app, start by running the Recorder from the Windows Start Menu on a PC or the Applications folder on a Mac.
Next, open the Recorder to the Manage Recordings window and click the
? icon in the upper-right corner.
You can now view the version of the Recorder you're currently running and whether any updates are available.
If you are currently running the latest version, you will see a message indicating this, as well as link to the release notes.
If an update is available, click Download to update the Recorder to the latest version. Once the update is complete, be sure to close and restart the Recorder for the updates to take effect.
